This pendant features a woman in a pigeon or dove pose (Kapotasana) inside of a mandala. It is made in India from sterling silver.  

The pigeon pose in yoga opens the hips and the chest, facilitates deeper breathing and opens the heart chakra. The pose is beautiful, but please do not try it unless you have training in the art of yoga.
