Sodalite is a  beautiful and excellent stone that brings information from the higher mind down to the physical level. It opens intuition and spiritual perception. It stimulates the third eye and when using sodalite in meditation, you can use your mind to better understand the circumstances you find yourself in. It instills a drive for the truth and an urge towards idealism, making it possible for you to remain true to your self and to stand up for your beliefs. It can be used to balance the throat chakra because it urges us towards the truth.
