1. I am new to this "spirituality" thing. What are you talking about?
To us, spirituality is a vital and very personal experience. It is whatever Power you believe exists outside of yourself. That Power can be given any name, and you and your heart decide His attributes. You decide how to believe in and how to worship. You can be Christian, Jew, Pagan. Your heart, your spirit, will guide you. The important thing is to stay open, to ask for the God of your understanding to show you the way. Many of us do not get to have our idea of God plunked down in front of us and we go "This is the way!". We have searched and tried and often failed miserably. You are not alone. Our hope for this website is that we can be of some assistance to you as a fellow traveller and seeker. If you see something you like, tell us! If you have something your need and do not see it here, tell us and we will do our best to find it for you at the most reasonable price possible.
2. How and when will my items ship?
Most items ship within 10 business days. Your items may come in multiple shipments.
3. How can you afford to ship stuff for free?
Because I enjoy a customer base - you! - who realize that the price you see is the price you will be charged (excepting of course for that pesky sales tax for WI residents.) So again we say thanks!
4. C'mon - always free shipping? If the item(s) weigh an exorbitant amount, an additional shipping charge will apply. Any product that this holds true for will have that notatation attached. International shipping will be extra, too. Our friends in Canada should add $10.00 to the price of their order and our friends overseas should add $20.00.
Soooo, if you buy more often, you will save on the shipping charges! Smaller packages (e.g. with crystals and gemstones) equals NO shipping charges to you! Only the big stuff, like some of the statuary, should incur these charges, and the product will have the notation on it.
5. How will my item ship?
Most items will be sent USPS ground, unless otherwise noted. Please remember that if we have to ship something by UPS, we cannot accept a P.O. Box as an address.
UPDATE: Due to the rise in postage, UPS is often the best and least expensive way to go, so now many of our products are shipping UPS. Again, because UPS doesn't like PO Boxes, it is always best to use a street address. Thank you!
6. What if I need to return something?
On most items you have 30 days to return it to us. Simply package them back up in the original packaging and mail them to the address you have on our Contact Us page. The product must be in resaleable condition. If the product is defective, the defect must not have happened in the shipping process. FillMySpirit.com is not responsible for shipping damages. Please note: if the product has a return policy that differs from this it will be shown on the item.
